RAPID attendees should fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

Airport Transportation

Atlanta Airport Shuttle
Go to the transportation booth at the airport and ask for a shuttle to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta downtown. We recommend the Atlanta Airport Shuttle Service (T.A.A.S.S.). 404.941.3440. No reservations are necessary for arranging transportation from the Atlanta Airport to the hotel.  It runs 6 a.m. to midnight from the airport and it leaves the hotel every 10 and 40 minutes after the hour. $16.50 one way/$29 round trip per person.

M.A.R.T.A.
The M.A.R.T.A. (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) rail system runs approximately every 10 minutes ($2.50 per ride). The Hyatt Regency Atlanta is connected to Peachtree Center Train Station via Peachtree Center Mall. Twenty minute ride from the Airport. (Airport pickup at baggage claim, TH Terminal. To get to Hyatt, take M.A.R.T.A. to the Peachtree Center Station and exit Northeast towards Peachtree Center Mall.

“Atlanta offers safe and inexpensive public transportation to and from the airport. You can board the North Bound train and get off at the Peachtree Center Station. The station is indoors, up the escalator, emptying at a food court adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel. It’s about a 30-minute ride. I took it and can recommend it. “

Parking

Hotel parking (indoor valet) with in/out privileges is available. (There is no self-service parking.)

The charges are as follows:
0-1 hour $10.00
1-2 hours $14.00
2-4 hours $18.00
4-6 hours $24.00
6-24 hours $32.00

Non-Hyatt Parking - Should the Hyatt underground lot become full, additional non-Hyatt parking is located at 31 Baker Street, located ½ block away from the hotel.

Vehicles with clearance over 7', oversized vans, Winnebagos and buses cannot be accommodated in hotel parking lot. Local open-air lots can be recommended. Contact Concierge at 404-460-6437.
