Registration Sponsorship Opportunities

Place your company’s logo and messaging in front of every attendee at RAPID by sponsoring one of the registration items at the event. Some of the opportunities available are Registration Bags, Lanyards, Registration Bag Inserts and other exclusive opportunities.

Here is a detailed description of some of the registration opportunities that may be sponsored at RAPID 2012:

• Registration Bags (Exclusive) — This is an exclusive opportunity to be the registration bag sponsor at RAPID. All registration bag sponsors have the option to also provide a registration insert inside the show bag as well.

   

• Lanyards (Exclusive) — Place your company’s logo in the hands of every attendee at RAPID. Lanyards are passed out at registration along with each attendees show badge.

   

• Registration Inserts (limited quantity available) — This is an affordable way to get your company’s information in the hands of every attendee at RAPID. A registration insert allows sponsors the opportunity to distribute their customized flyer at RAPID by including them in each registration bag, show guide or on the registration counter. These items can be anything from company literature, pens, notepads, coupons, drink tickets, etc.

   

• Registration Confirmation Page & Email (Exclusive) — Want to get your information in front of every prospective attendee prior to the show? This opportunity allows sponsors to have their company’s logo (along with a brief description) on the registration confirmation page and confirmation email that every RAPID attendee receives.

   

• RAPID Registration Area Branding — There are a limited number of areas where additional signage and branding such as custom signs, meter panels, etc. can be placed. Please contact sponsorships@sme.org or call 800.733.3976 Ext 3166 for additional information.
